I never saw.........

I love Emily Dickinson...there is just something about her poetry. This is one of my favorite poems by her: I NEVER saw a moor, I never saw the sea; Yet know I how the heather looks, And what a wave must be. I never spoke with God, Nor visited in heaven; Yet certain am I of the spot As if the chart were given.

The idea of never having seen a moor and never having seen a wave seems like agony to me.

I came over to thank you for becoming a follower of PICTURES JUST PICTURES. It is very encouraging to know people like the photos there.
