The rain has really beat on the plants, but they will perk back up
I cut some glads to bring a little sunshine in....
The Hunter's best friend got married yesterday. Bad day for a wedding, it rained all day. I have NEVER seen my husband in a tux until yesterday. Crazy huh. We got married in Hawaii and he wore khaki's and flip flops, we don't go to Mardi Gras balls so he never has a need to wear one. But he looked pretty hot if you ask me.....of course I am partial. Here we are at the reception
Have I told ya'll how much I HATE these braces??? I HATE taking pictures...I feel like I look like Donkey from Shrek....all teeth. I hate them and I am ready to get them off, so I can take pictures and not feel like DONKEY!
DONKEY!!!! Don't mind that crap The Hunter is holding up.....

Your hibiscus is so pretty and with the raindrops on it it makes for a beautiful picture. Have a great weekend and I hope the rain stops a while for you.
Hey Beautiful Lady, I didn't even notice the braces. You look GREAT, my dear!!!!!
We have gotten no rain from your system. It's all south of us... We could use some, so please send a little our way.
Hope you get to go to the beach. Have a wonderful day and Memorial Day!
Hugs,

What a beautiful couple. You look gorgeous. Never mind the braces, you probably notice them more than anyone else and it will be well worth it. My granddaughter is sporting pink and purple ones at the moment. Sorry if I sent all the rain up to you....

Dirt Princess, Isn't it the truth. Don't want to complain about the rain beacause of the last couple of yrs, but my goodness. I walked across the yard this afternoon and it just mushed out from under my feet. We have plants that we haven't even been able to get some plants in the ground. Happy gardening and I hope you enjoyed Dauphin Island if you went. It is one of my favorite places.
You both look great!!!Loved the birdbath and the raindrops n the hibiscus...nice shots!!
I feel ya on the rain! We have had it for over a week now. But, it is finally starting to settle into the 'afternoon showers' pattern, which is nice - but last week and this past weekend we had some doozies!! (and since you are a southern lady, I know you know what a doozie is ;->)
Melanie I know all to well what a doozie is LOL!
