Seed Swap Clarification

Bare with me...this is my first swap. Let me clarify a few things:

1)I will host the swap

2) IF you have seeds to swap then you will link up through Mr Linky. From there you will do a post on what seeds you have for that week to share. Please LINK to your seed swap post...not your overall blog.

3) You can check on the other swappers through Mr Linky and see what they have to swap with you. Please visit each blogger and leave them a comment to let them know that you would love to have some zinnia seeds (you get the point).

4) If a blogger wants seeds from you, but doesn't have seeds to swap...then you can decided whether or not you want to share. I will let you make that call.

5) We will Swap every Sunday for the next few weeks. I have tons of seeds, so I may do 2 - 3 types of seeds a week. We will just play it by ear.

6) Start saving up for next years Seed Swap. Alot of bloggers have already thrown out there plants and didn't save their seeds. I hope that next year, if everyone plans ahead, we will have a lot more bloggers involved in our swap.

Is that a little better now?

Thanks for clarifying. Unfortunately I've got none to swap this year but I'm looking forward to hearing about what everyone else has. I'll definitely plan on saving my seeds for next year so I can participate then. I love this idea! -Jackie

I can sure tell I'm still braindead - I got so excited about your seed swappin I signed Mr. Linky and didn't do a post - heck I was even a day late. Not thinking clearly yet but working on it! LOL I doubt I have enough seeds left to do more than one or two but it's still a super great idea. Bob said just go buy some seeds so you'll have a post to do on one of the days of the week through a slow winter. LOL
Love the sign you did for it. In fact I like your new face lift. It's nice and clear and easy to read. I've been wanting to do mine but can't make the picture the right size. O'well - great idea DP. I'll be ready for next years.

I think I've got it :) Is the seed swap badge something that we can put on our blogs so people know about the swaps in case they miss the Sunday posts?

Okay, I added my link in and have already gotten some interest. Here is the link: http://tinaramsey.blogspot.com/2009/11/lightening-struck-tree-trunk-and-seed.html I can get some seeds in the mail today in fact.

If some don't have seeds to swap, I do not mind the price of a stamp or two and will be happy to send out seeds to anyone who would like some. I am not much in the market for seeds but am happy to share.

Please sign my guest book :)
