Most of the daffodils are in bloom. Well, 2 out of 6 different types are blooming. This one is my absolute favorite. It reminds me a fairy! Ya'll know how plants remind me of things! LOL!
The previous four photos were taken when they were opening. I haven't quite gotten this new blogger down....I am still figuring out the photo order part!
This was my mystery daffodil. Old House Gardens left a comment on my page about it. It is a Campernelle narcissus! Now we know! good to know smart people ;-)

DP, doncha just love it when the daffs start to bloom. I like to ride thru the country side and see them where old homes use to be. --Randy
Nezzy there is nothing wrong with having the imagination of a three year old! Keeps you young at heart!
Jan they are so pretty when they start to open up.
Thoughtfully Blended Hearts....that what I thought! LOL!
Darla I am still here....just busy working 2 jobs!
Randy that is where I found all of my daffodils! Now is a good time to throw your shovel, and a few bags in the back of the car and ride through the country in search of some of these old heirlooms.
Dirt Princess, my daffodils are at their peak now. I'm in Central Mississippi.
Also, a random question... I want to start tagging my photos with a signature. What do you use to do that? Thanks!
I'm late! I'm late! Those are pretty daffodils. Spring is on the way!!!
I see you've mastered your camera quite well. I'm getting a new one any minute!!!
I love that ruffly first one, really pretty!
I was just noticing that Bilbo's one year traveling anniversary is coming up soon!
The Daffs here are hardly out of the ground yet. Yours look nice though and seeing them gives me something to look forward too. Bob.
Lisa, I tried to email you about adding a watermark to your photos. Not sure if you got it?
RG let me know what you decide to get!
Catherine can you believe he has been traveling for close to a year!!!!
Bob I have been waiting on mine to bloom for over a year. I dug them up from an old home place, and planted them last February. So this is the first time for them to bloom in my garden!
So pretty. I crave your camera :)!! Seriously, my little Sony Cyber Shot appears to take good pictures until I download and then half are blurred.
Do you stop your car and get out and take pictures when you see something interesting? Or is it just me?
I've ordered from Old House Gardens before. They have beautiful specimens.
What a great looking daffodil! And it does remind one of a fairy.
Green Iris....I love my camera! I wanted it forever! I finally broke down and got it around Christmas and I have yet to take a bad picture with it. It has an image stabilizing lens on it, so blurry pictures hardly ever happen. I do stop on the side of the road and take pics, so you aren't the only one :-)
